  • 0% interest and No Monthly Payments (5 Year Forgivable Loan)
  • Income Limit is 80% of the area median income (AMI)

Eligibility Guidelines

HOF Rehab Loan (SDHDA HOF)
  • $1,000 to $10,000 loan amounts
  • 0% interest and No Monthly Payments (30 Year Deferred Loan aka Due on Sale)
  • Income Limit is 80% of the area median income (AMI)

Eligibility Guidelines

NLS Rehab Loan (NLS REHAB)
  • $1,000 to $10,000 loan amounts
  • 3% to 8% interest rate based on income and low monthly payments
  • Income Limit is 115% of the area median income (AMI)
