NeighborWorks® Home Repair & Rehab Programs

The Home Rebhabilitation Loan Program is designed to help with life safety repairs in your home. We help facilitate the project and provide a combination of low interest, payable deferred and forgivable loans to fund the project. Loan type will be determined by the repairs needed, value of home, and existing mortgages. Other requirements may apply.

Home Rehab Services Include:

• Complete a home inspection
• Preparing a scope of work
• Gathering bids from contractors
• Overseeing the rehab/repair work from beginning to end

NeighborWorks Home Repair & Rehab may help with:

• Roof repair or replacement
• Deck and/or porch repair
• Plumbing and electrical
• Windows and doors
• Heating
• Water heaters
• Other life safety issues.

Eligible Properties:

• Owner occupied, single-family homes
• Manufactured homes (Must be constructed on a permanent foundation, owned land, and title surrendered).
• Current homeowner’s hazard insurance policy in place
