Hills Apartments is a 27-unit community with 2- & 3-bedroom units, rent ranges from $489 to $620.

Security Deposits are the same amount as rent.

The community is an income restricted property, it is contracted with a Home Program through South Dakota Housing Development Authority for low Income households. Depending on how many occupants that will reside with you, that will determine the maximum allowed gross annual income for Lawrence Co. You will need to ask what the gross annual income limit for your household is from the Property Manager.
