Neighborhood Lending Services Down Payment & Closing Cost Loan (NLS DPCC)
  • Three loan amounts to choose from $2,500, $5,000 & $7,500
  • 2% interest rate with low monthly payments
  • Completion of NeighborWorks Home Buyer Education is required
  • Income Limit is 100% of the area median income (AMI)
  • Funds Can’t be used toward the Buyers required 3.50% Down Payment on an FHA loan
