All Homebuyer Education Classes are from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Learn about the entire process of buying and maintaining your own home from local professionals in a classroom setting.
NeighborWorks® Dakota Home Resources will celebrate the 20th Annual Trolley on The Trail Event. The combined effort consists of the use of the trail from the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks, use of a Trolley from the City of Deadwood and reservations taken by NeighborWorks® Dakota Home Resources. The Trolley on the Trail is a combined endeavor to give disabled or handicapped people access to the Mickelson Trail. Thanks to sponsorships with local businesses, this ride is provided free of charge. Call 605-578-1401 to reserve your spot.

Who and What is NeighborWorks® Dakota Home Resources
We are a non-profit organization providing assistance to residents of the Black Hills and Western South Dakota who need help purchasing, repairing and retaining their homes. We offer affordable housing and community-focused programs and strive to improve the quality of life for lower-income families and entire neighborhoods.
